In addition to the service locations listed above, Clermont College, UC Blue Ash, and the College of Law students can seek assistance or submit documents to their financial aid service centers. All processing and awarding of financial aid, however, is done at the central Student Financial Aid Office.
M.D. students in the College of Medicine (COM) are serviced by a specialized financial aid unit. M.D. students should work directly with the COM Financial Aid Services Office.
Often times, your questions related to financial aid may actually involve another office. Most notably, issues surrounding aid for current students often relate to your class registration and billing issues. That is why UC created the One Stop Student Service Center on the second floor of University Pavilion. Cross-trained professionals assist you in addressing most aid, billing, and class inquiries. In addition to being available for walk-in service, these staff members answer your financial aid questions via e-mail and phone.
